- To answer the telephone within 5 Rings
- To respond to messages on answer phones within 24 hours
- To answer letters and E-mails within 10 working Days
- To ensure our centre is accessible to all users
- To handle all accommodation bookings within 24 hours
- To be both expertly informed and impartial
- To provide free tourism literature within a designated 50 mile radius
- To facilitate a minimum of at least two network events for local tourism based organisations per year
- To offer a minimum of two training courses to local tourism based organisations per year
- To produce at least two tourism based publications per year
- To attend at least 5 national events or exhibitions representing the area
- To open our tourist information centre an average of 45 hours a week
