As an employer we are trying to provide opportunities to persuade employees that being active is a good thing and that by both promoting and leading a balanced healthy lifestyle this will reduce sickness at work, reduce sluggishness, reduce stress levels and increase overall motivation.

Physical inactivity can affect the health of a workforce. Ill health may also contribute to low morale, industrial injuries, high staff turnover and people not feeling 'valued.'
