Adult Participation

As part of Stockton's ongoing commitment to healthy living we are continuously looking for opportunities to encourage individuals to be more active. Our approach is holistic, focusing on the whole person whether that be through the provision of sports or activities, specialist sessions designed for target groups or healthy eating advice.

If you have any suggestions or would be interested in receiving more information on any of the above programmes, please contact the Leisure & Sports Development on (01642) 526 274.
