Sport Development's Continuous Improvement
The Sports Development service is continuously striving to improve our services to our customers. We have been accredited by National Standards Agencies
- Quest - To show the effectiveness of our services and programmes
- Chartermark - To show how well our services are received and evauluated against Customer needs
- Customer First - To produce a quality service for all our customers
In order to maintain our high standards we will:-
- Benchmark formally against National Standards
- Actively engage with Customers and Partners and examine our performance in line with feedback
- Adhere to the Customer First Complaints and Compliments Procedure of the council
- Work to national standards in racial equality in sport and leisure services
Complaints and Compliments
From September 2005 to August 2006 the service did not receive any formal complaints. During the same time period however it has received 15 formal written compliments from specific customers and partners.
