The sports development service is continuously striving to improve our services to our customers. We have been accredited by National Standards Agencies

  • Quest - To show the effectiveness of our services and programmes
  • Chartermark - To show how well our services are received and evaluated against Customer needs
  • Customer First - To produce a quality service for all our customers

In order to maintain our high standards we will:-

  • Benchmark formally against National Standards
  • Actively engage with Customers and Partners and examine our performance in line with feedback
  • Adhere to the Customer First Complaints and Compliments Procedure of the council
  • Work to national standards in racial equality in sport and leisure services
