Service Standards and Performance
All public library authorities in England report on their performance in
meeting the national public library standards and the Library Service
carries out regular consultations with users to find out what they think
about the services provided.
Details of how we performed against the Public Library Standards and
user views on the services provided are given in the separate
documents below together with a financial summary of the the library
service budget for 2008/09.
