If you have a question you can't find the answer to, why not try the Reference Library? Whether it is for serious research, to settle an argument, to find the answer to a trivia quiz question - or simply to put your mind at rest, our friendly reference library staff are here to help.

You can drop into the reference library, give us a phone call or email your questions to us. Either way, we will do our very best to get an answer for you. A lot of the time we can get the answer within minutes, most of the time we can get a solution within a day, but the more complex matters, like Local and Family History questions, can take a great deal of research and require a bit more time.
