TEES CUISINE (formerly the Civic Catering Service) offer a selection of individually priced menus suitable for all occasions to both Council services and external clients or if you prefer, you may create your own menu. At Tees Cuisine we understand the responsibility of organising an unforgettable event and take great pride in helping make dreams come to life. With our flexibility to match the occasion from fun to formal we present to you our range of menus which can be customised to suit your needs.
Let us take the stress out of planning your event - our team can help you to coordinate everything from venue selection, florals, waitress service, invitation design, entertainment, conceptualisation of theme/decor, transportation and rentals.
Bookings
Bookings can be made in advance with a minimum of three working days notice where possible. Final numbers or alterations should be confirmed during the morning of the day before the event at the latest. When requesting a booking we will need a full name and address along with contact telephone number to enable us to invoice you correctly.
Cancellations
We make no charge for advance cancellations unless we are notified on the actual day of the event in which case a charge will be made.
Charges
A separate quotation will be supplied for functions required during evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We are able to provide waitress service, flowers and other special requests. Orders are subject to a minimum charge of £20.00 per event and all prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which, if appropriate, will be added at the rate applicable at the time of supply.
Drinks:- A selection of beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available
Breakfasts:- A choice of English or Continental
Afternoon Teas:- Traditional for afternoon breaks or ideal as a light snack. Set prices range from £2.75 - £3.30 per head.
Finger Buffet Menus:- The Finger Buffet menus, whilst not comprising of all the elements of a full meal, are an excellent choice for an occasion where you wish to encourage your guests to mix freely. Set prices range from £4.00 - £5.00 per head.
Fork Buffet Menus:- The Fork Buffet menus comprise of a choice of hot and cold items. These menus are an excellent choice if you are looking to serve your guests a more substantial buffet. Set prices range from £6.70 - £8.40 per head.
Cocktail Party Reception Menus:- Cocktail Canapes are ideal with pre-dinner drinks or at a simple cocktail reception providing your guests with a accompaniment to their drinks. Set price menu of £3.95 per head.
