The Borough of Stockton is home to two theatres in the form of the Billingham Forum and ARC.
The Billingham Forum, celebrating its 40th birthday this year, was opened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, accompanied by His
Royal Highness the Prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh on 19th October 1967 and has hosted a wide range of national and international talent.
ARC is a state-of-the-art venue offering a theatre, cinema and bar and has provided facilities for both national and international acts as well as local community groups.
Stockton also plays host to the multi award winning Stockton International Riverside Festival each summer when a wealth of free street theatre comes to the Borough.
