The Period Rooms provide a counter point to the Street as they illustrate a variety of domestic interiors from the Victorians to the 1960s. Within this range are three kitchens dating from the late Victorian, the 1920s and the 1950s as this was the area of the home that has probably seen the most change as a result of technical innovation.
