The future of Preston Hall Museum is looking bright following a £3.6 million Heritage Lottery Fund grant. This huge investment will see the fabric of the building safeguarded and preserved, and the interior remodelled to provide a host of new facilities and access to the collections. The history of Stockton-on-Tees will be brought to life through the creation of live events and interactive displays with a whole range of new exhibition topics.

A further £3.5 million bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund Parks for people has been made for the improvement and development work to the park.

Stockton Borough Council would like to encourage you to volunteer at Preston Park and Hall so that you have the opportunity to be actively involved in the future of the Park and Hall and can help ensure that future developments meet local needs.
