Roseworth Library is at the centre of a thriving community that boasts a Housing Centre, Social Services offices, a Community Centre and row of busy shops. The library is part of the Roseworth estate, an area of local authority housing on the northern outskirts of Stockton.
The library opened in 1956, and is now used particularly by the elderly and also has an especially high attendance of children, though people of all ages are most welcome.

- CD-ROMs for children for use on the library PC only. There is no charge for use. Black & White printing is 10p per sheet or free if in connection with school homework.

- Internet - FREE!! Please book a session (up to an hour) and if no one else wants to use the PC you may stay for longer. Access for job seekers remains free and unlimited but please book too. To use the Internet in any Stockton Borough Library / OTC you are required to read, sign and abide by our acceptable use policy.
