Roseberry Library is located at the west end of Billingham Shopping Precinct on 'The Causeway' facing the roundabout at Roseberry Road. The Health Clinic is immediately adjacent, whilst other amenities found at the Town Centre such as bus stops, Council Offices, the Forum, Art Gallery etc. are less than five minutes walk.
The library is a light and spacious building offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

*ACCESS THE LIBRARY CATALOGUE ONLINE* Access: Two car parking spaces reserved for disabled customers. The library also has a ramp up to one of the doors. Access to the Reference Library is via a spiral staircase and also steps leading down to the lower section of the lending library. Staff will however gladly fetch items needed from these areas, and a table is available downstairs to which a wheelchair may be drawn.

- Car Park: A limited number of spaces are available including two bays for disabled drivers, near to the library entrance. To gain entry to the car park, drive down the causeway with the college buildings on the left. At the new roundabout turn right and drive back up the other side of the dual carriageway. Enter the car park at the left hand side of the clinic building. The car park is for library use only and is locked outside of library opening hours.
- CD-ROMs for children for use on the library PC only. There is no charge for use. Black & White printing is 10p per sheet or free if in connection with school homework.

To use the Internet in any Stockton Borough Library / OTC you are required to read, sign and abide by our acceptable use policy. We also have one computer workstation dedicated for wheelchair use, which also includes special input devices and programmes for the visually impaired. Another computer has a scanner and a CD writer.
