Stockton Library

Stockton Borough Libraries is a division of the Children, Education & Social Care Department, providing library services to all who live, work or study in the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees.

Services provided include Community Libraries, a Reference Library, a Mobile Library, a Book Bus and a Housebound Reader's Service, Children and Youth Services, an Ethnic Library Service, trolley rounds at North Tees Hospital and a Prison Library Service.

We have an Open Technology Centre located within the Central Library building and all of our Community Libraries provide free access to the Internet and many more computer applications. Wifi access is available for free in Stockton Central Library and Thornaby Central Library .

We are holding a book sale at Stockton Central Library for one week beginning the 22nd of June. Why not come along and pick-up some cheap holiday reading!
