The Voluntary Sector

Regular meetings are held with representatives from the main voluntary organisations and the SRB Partnerships. The Service works in partnership with agencies such as The Five Lamps Organisation, Eastern Ravens Trust, Cornerhouse Youth Project, regional and national youth organisations.

The detached youth work teams meet regularly with operational staff from partner organisations. The Service contributes skills, through the use of its staff and financial resources. This includes grants available each year to the Scouts, Guides and Boys Brigade.

The Service intends to continue to develop its relationship with the larger voluntary youth organisations. This includes a major project with Barnado's to support vulnerable young people.
