Work experience
From the start of year ten pupils can take part in work experience that
allows them to learn about the world of work. The Council and schools
assist pupils in finding placements that offer support and advice during
the placements.
Pupils considering work experience should speak to their school in the
first instance. The school will liaise with the Child Protection Team at
the council and issue any necessary licences.
