Pay your invoices Online

Please read through the following guide before paying online.

To make a payment :

Click on the link above "Pay your invoices Online"                                                              On the next screen, select "Other payments" You will be unable to make your payment through any other option.

From the "Service" menu, select "Tees Valley Music Service "

To pay ongoing fees                                                                                                From the "Item" menu, select "Instrumental tuition & instrument hire"                                 In the box labelled, "Invoice ref no." input the Fee Note number from your most recent invoice, example V248....

To pay registration fees:                                                                                        From the "Item" menu, select "New Registration" Input your Child's name and school in the box marked "Child's name and school"

Both Payments Continue:                                                                                        Input the name of account holder as it appears on the card and the address at which the card is registered.

Important - To ensure the payment is credited to the correct account at TVMS input the following in the "Additional information" box.

Ongoing Fees: Child's name and school.

New Registration: Instrument and Teacher's name from the Registration Form.

The Registration Form should be posted to the Tees Valley Music Service office in the envelope provided in the registration pack. Please ensure you record the payment reference number on your registration form. We cannot process your registration until the Registration Form is received at TVMS Office.

Select "Continue" and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your payment.
