Suggestions and Comments
We would be grateful for any comments you have on the service we provide, suggestions as to how it can be improved or questions you would like answered.
Complaints
Staff in Tees Valley Music Service are committed to providing high-quality servcies. However, there are times when things may not go as planned and if this happens, the service would like the opportunity to apologise and put things right.
If you are ever dissatisfied with the service you receive, please let a member of the Tees Valley Music Service Team know. You can contact them by phone, in writing or by e-mail. You will normally receive a full response within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with the response you can send a fomal complaint in writing to the Service Manager. You will receive an acknowledgement and, following an investigation, you will get a full response within ten working days.
If the complaint is still not settled to your satisfaction you can write to the Corporate Director of Children, Education and Social Care to explain why you are not satisfied. You will receive an acknowledgement and then a full response within twenty working days. You will be told about your right to complain to the Local Government Ombudsman.
