The reason we revised our standards was because over the last year the section has consistently responded to correspondence and emails within a shorter timescale set out corporately.

  • Emails acknowledged within 1 working day

Our aim is to improve services.  Please see below any comments, commendations and complaints we have received for 2000-2010 & 2010-2011.
