Progressive Leisure Activities for Youngsters (PLAY)
St John's Community Partnership has broadened children's horizons through experiencing new activities and has also worked to enhance children's personal and social development and sense of participation.
Organised trips to Tynemouth and to York railway museum (3 times) have gone very well, with children expressing an interest in returning to these sites. Pirate parties have also proved very popular amongst the children, with plenty of parental involvement too.
