Information About Our Service

Free School Meals - We deal with over 6,500 applications for free school meals and 1,500 clothing grants. We usually deal with applications within 48 hours.

In order to assess the level of service offered to our customers, we have agreed to target of 48 hours timescale to process a FSM application. This will apply as long as all the relevant info is supplied for eligibility with the form.

Over the last year we have achieved the target - 100%
