Connexions is a service for young people providing information, advice and guidance on a wide range of opportunities and issues.

Do you need help choosing the right career? You can see a personal advisor in your school or college, at the place where you are training or in your local community.

Do you want to find work, training or further education? Call in to the One Stop Shop, you don't even need an appointment.

You may just want some advice or someone to talk to. You can discuss personal issues or anything at all that is important to you.

Connexions Personal Adviser services are confidential and impartial. We are here to talk and to help with the things that matter to you.

We work with young people aged 11-19 and young people up to 25 who have learning difficulties or disabilities.
