Childcare Business Support
Free business advice, support and training is available to all registered
childcare providers in Stockton-on-Tees. The Local Authority is committed
to supporting the development and sustainability of quality childcare
provision, which meets the needs of families and which supports the wider
social and economic development of the area.
In addition to the above support, small grants may be available to
providers, who meet set criteria, who are facing short-term sustainability
issues.
The authority also holds a preferred childcare provider register, if any
childcare business opportunities arise then those providers on the register
will be invited to tender. If you are interested in becoming a
preferred provider, please contact Claire Newton for an application form.
