We believe teachers working in Stockton deserve access to professional development of the highest standard and so in addition to The programme of continuing professional development provided by the School Effectiveness team, Standards Brokerage Service has been established.

Standards is the one stop shop for the sourcing, arranging, and delivering of quality In Service Training that can be tailored to your specific needs.

As well as working closely with our own internal advisers and consultants, our Brokerage service has also forged unique links with external providers and consultants who together possess a knowledge base that should cover all areas of training you may require, including all curriculum subject areas and phases and leadership and management development.

Our service aims to provide you with the total package and so we have also established relationships with a wide variety of local venues, suited to all types of events and budgets.

We make it our responsibility to organise all equipment, catering, refreshments and other requirements on your behalf to ensure your day runs exactly as you want it to.

Using the Brokerage Service rather than sourcing training venues and consultants yourself means that a wide range of options are made available to you almost immediately. We've done the research; you simply have to make the choices. Allow us to use our experience and knowledge to ensure that your staff development goes precisely to plan.

How to secure a quote?
STANDARDS has been established to help you secure the best providers at the most competitive rates. To request a quote simply email your requirement to elcs.standards@stockton.gov.uk and then leave the rest to us. Where possible we will endeavour to secure choices on Providers as well as Venues within the budget set by you.

How to register as a provider?
If you are a Provider of In-Service Training and wish to register with STANDARDS please complete the Provider Registration Sheet and we will contact you in due course.
