Voice of the Learner
We see learning as a partnership and welcome the views of our learners and staff about the services we provide.
Voice of the Learner takes place throughout the year and we hold regular sessions in various venues, when members of staff from Learner Support and senior management are available to discuss comments or suggestions you may have.
We welcome comments or suggestions on any relevant topic at any time of the year. The comments and feedback you give us is used to improve our Service.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to express your views.
Feedback Forms are available from the Admin Office or you can send a letter to Learner Support, Billingham Community Centre, The Causeway, Billingham, TS23 2DA or email learnersupport@stockton.gov.uk
Thank you for your comments over the last year. Here are a few we received on 'Customer Service'.
- 'I have been treated with respect and staff have always been sensitive towards my disability'.
- 'No-one has been anything else but pleasant and helpful'.
- 'Staff are always helpful'.
- 'Excellent'.
