Health and Fitness
Whatever your age and level of fitness there is a course here to help you
to become fit and healthy while having fun, meeting people and learning
something new.
Courses like yoga, tai chi, and pilates help you in different ways to
de-stress and improve flexibility, co-ordination and strength.
Or you can be more active and join a keep fit, swimming or canoeing course
where you will still be encouraged to work at your own pace.
Courses run daytime, twilight and evening at venues throughout Stockton
Borough.
