Stockton Adult Education Service welcomes Commendations, Comments and Complaints from current learners, prospective learners and tutors. Your comments help us to continually improve the Service.
Between September 2007 and August 2008 we received 5 comments, 24 commendations and 19 complaints. Most of the compliments were from learners to say that they had enjoyed their course and/or their tutors had done a great job! Of the 28 customers that required a response, 25 were actioned within 10 working days.
