Independent Tenant Adviser (ITA)

When work on our Options Appraisal began in 2007, The Housing Futures Customer Group appointed an Independent Tenant's Adviser (ITA) - Engage Associates (Eileen Adams and Neil O'Brien).

Since then Eileen and Neil have provided independent information, advice and support to tenants and leaseholders and attended tenant/resident group meetings to give advice and general information on the transfer proposal, throughout the options appraisal and leading up to the tenants ballot on transfer in June 2010.
