The Private Sector Housing Division holds a register relating to various Housing and Public Health notices which have been served and are available for public inspection. For example, you can access information regarding notices served under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Housing Act 2004.

The Public Register of Statutory Notices can be viewed by members of the public upon giving 24 hours notice of the required inspection by calling 01642 526548
