In order to maintain and improve upon our high standards we need to know what we get right as well as what we get wrong. We therefore welcome your suggestions, comments or compliments whether made in person, by letter, email or completing a customer satisfaction survey.

Within this section, we look at the results of our recent customer satisfaction surveys. The results are divided into two sections, Housing Conditions and Housing Improvement. The Housing Conditions section looks at the results from tenants surveyed who live in private sector rented accommodation. Housing Improvement looks at the results from residents who have received financial assistance to improve their homes or have been referred to us by the Occupational Therapy Team for disabled adaptations.
