Property Advertising For Free

Would you like to advertise your available properties for free and reach a wider audience?

What you need to do

Provide details of your available properties (location, property type and details, rent, bond etc), with photos if possible, and include your contact details so potential customers can contact you direct.

You can either:

• Complete the form below
• Email details direct to landlords@stockton.gov.uk
• Send details in writing to Team Leader Service Development, Housing Options, Stratford House, 11-12 Ramsgate, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 1BZ
  
  

We will actively promote your properties to customers who contact the service for housing advice.

Please note: From 1st April 2010 the Council will only advertise properties from landlords that have been accredited as part of the Council's Landlord Accreditation Scheme or are working with the Council towards accreditation. For more information on the free accreditation scheme please click here.
