Tees Valley Landlords Forum

On November 27th 2009 the first annual Tees Valley Landlords Forum was hosted jointly by the five local authorities and the National Landlords Association.

The conference's aim was to inform, educate and update private landlords on issues relating to renting properties, such as new regulations to be followed, policy issues that the government are introducing and good practice in renting properties.

Julie Nixon, Stockton Borough Council's Head of Housing, gave a presentation on "The work of private landlords in the Tees Valley"  The presentation can be accessed below along with presentations on funding "post credit crunch," and "property planning."
