2011 Sub Regional Landlords Fair

The second annual private landlords fair was held on January 24th at the Norton Education Centre. The five Tees Valley Local Authorities jointly supported the event which included seminars on the following topics of interest;

• Damp and mould by Envirovent
• Emergency Budget and Tax Implications by Robson Laidler LLP
• Landlord finance options by Mortgages for Business
• Housing benefits changes by Tees Valley Councils

Over 150 landlords attended and were able to receive advice and information from a variety of exhibitors.
