It can be a challenge keeping up to date on all of the information necessary to ensure that you are doing what is required or expected of a professional landlord.  One of the major benefits of Membership in an Accreditation Scheme is the access to support and information.

We have developed an Introductory Training Manual with a self assessment component to introduce you to some of the important points for landlords to be aware of.  In addition, there is a link to the ANUK/LACORS handbook which has more detailed information for landlords.
