Description: Funding from the Homes and Communities Agency has provided an integral part of the wider housing regeneration of Hardwick through the provision of more affordable homes and an extra-care scheme designed to meet the specific needs of older people. A number of homes have also been made available through a new Rent to Buy scheme.

Progress to date: A number of phases and the Extra Care Scheme have now been complete.

Works are continuing on phases 5 and 6.
