Next Steps
The Council in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency commissioned consultants DTZ to produce a concept master plan for how the area could be redeveloped. Residents affected by the redevelopment scheme were invited to feed into the master plan.
Now the master plan has been finalised (please click on the link in the Additional Resources section to access the master plan) it will be used to inform a Development Brief which will be used to procure a Private Developer partner who will construct the new homes for sale and rent.
The Vela Group will provide the affordable homes for rent.
