The multi-million pound regeneration scheme at Parkfield & Mill Lane comprises of three phases and will be completed over a ten to fifteen year period. Below is a brief summary of the scheme, please use the menu on the left hand side to find out more:

• The scheme will deliver an attractive new neighbourhood by creating good quality housing and providing more choice which will attract new residents to the area as well as ensuring the needs of existing residents are met.
• The first two phases involve the demolition of existing dwellings which will be replaced with new, good quality homes for sale, rent and shared equity. The third phase is looking at renovations and energy efficiency improvements to existing homes.
• Dunelm Homes has been selected as the private developer partner for phase one (Nursery Gardens) and offer homes for sale alongside Tees Valley Housing Group which have 21 homes for rent.
