Mandale Scheme Update

Regeneration at Mandale Park is progressing well with our development partners, Barratt Homes and Keepmoat Homes, continuing to build new homes for sale as well as rental properties on behalf of ISOS Housing Ltd.

Phase 1a and 1
The main building work on these phases has now been completed and  all new homes have been sold or let.

Phase 2
Construction of the new homes began on phase 2 in 2007, Keepmoat Homes have completed their half of the site.  For information on homes for sale in this phase please contact Keepmoat Homes or Barratt Homes.

Phase 3
The relocation of residents in Phase 3 began in April 2010 and will be completed in October 2014.

Phase 3C Decant: April 2013 - October 2014

Linear Park
The new park, another feature of the redevelopment, is now complete. It includes a network of cycle ways and footpaths, art features and seating as well as two adult sized football pitches. Below you can download a plan of the park.
