ISOS Housing Limited

ISOS Housing Ltd. has so far secured Housing Corporation funding for 252 new homes in Mandale. The homes will comprise of modern, attractive houses and bungalows built by Barratt Homes and Keepmoat Homes on ISOS's behalf.

These homes will be a mixture of rented and shared ownership properties. Priority for the new rented homes will be given to the existing residents of Mandale. Shared ownership, where residents own a share of the property and pay a small rent on the other share, is not restricted to the existing residents but there are certain eligibility criteria to meet.
