Mandale Park

The Mandale Park scheme is bringing investment of over £100 million into Thornaby and will be completed over a 10 year period. Below is a brief outline of the scheme:

• The aim of the scheme is to create a sustainable community with good quality homes where people will choose to live for generations to come.
• It will involve the development of a mixed neighbourhood of rented Housing Association homes and homes for outright sale and shared ownership.
• To create the new neighbourhood, 578 dwellings on the existing Mandale Estate will be demolished and replaced with the new homes.
• ISOS Housing Ltd (formerly NomadE5 Housing Group) are the preferred Registered Provider for the scheme, while Barratt Homes and Keepmoat Homes are the private developer partners.
