Housing regeneration

The overall regeneration of the borough is bringing about an exciting transformation in facilities and opportunities for local people and housing regeneration is a vital part of this.

We aim to provide high quality, affordable housing in vibrant, sustainable and mixed communities.

We are currently working on four multi million pound investment schemes at Hardwick, Mandale, Swainby Road and Parkfield and Mill Lane. We are also involved in the future regeneration of the Victoria Estate.
