Welcome to the Housing Regeneration web pages. The overall regeneration of the borough is bringing about an exciting transformation in facilities and opportunities for local people and housing is a vital part of this. The key ambition of the Housing Regeneration Team is to provide high quality, affordable housing in vibrant, sustainable and mixed communities. We are currently working on three multi million pound investment schemes in Hardwick, Mandale and Parkfield.
