Supporting People and Housing
Stockton Council's Supporting People team can help you to improve your independence and quality of life by paying for housing related support services that you receive in your home.
The team can help many groups of people:
- A homeless person who needs support
- A young person in need of support
- A care leaver
- An older person in need of support
- A person fleeing domestic violence
- A person with a learning disability
- A person with a physical disability
- A person with a sensory loss
- An offender or ex-offender
- A person who misuses substances or alcohol
