If you are a mortgage lender that has commenced proceedings for possession of a property within the jurisdiction of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees, or act on behalf of such a lender, you are required to notify the local housing authority - in this case, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's Housing Options service - of this possession action.
