Services

Advice and information for older people, their carers, friends and relatives. There are no referral procedures and anyone can access the service. Services include indoor bowling, craft class, benefit advice, fish Friday, pie and peas Friday, tai chi, advice and information, insurance services, patient and public forums and a handy person scheme.

Services

Counselling and advice services for those who are suffering from bereavement. One-to-one counselling sessions either at the Cruse office or in your own home. There are also drop-in centres and specialist services for bereaved children. There are no referral procedures. Either call into the office or telephone for an appointment.

Services

Service to support families with at least one child under the age of 5 who are experiencing difficulties. Visits are made to families in their homes by a trained volunteer who supports and encourages them to develop as a family unit. Self-referral and agency referral is possible. Services

Provide a wide range of support for parents and schemes to improve the health and wellbeing of children under the age of 16. Agency referral and self-referral is welcome.

Services

Support for those who have been the victims of crime. Provide emotional and practical support and information. Referrals are usually made via the police although referrals can be made through any agency as long as they have the permission of the victim to do so. Self-referrals can be made by calling into the office or by telephone.

Opening Times

The office is open from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. An answering machine service is available out of hours where you can leave a message for someone to get back to you.
