Services

Operate a bond guarantee scheme through Smartmove and Crisis. Guarantees bonds for privately rented accommodation for those who otherwise would not be able to afford to do so. Telephone the Redcar office and they will arrange an appointment. Please note that THAG do not give out cash to pay a bond, this is done through an agreement between THAG and the landlord
