Services

Confidential day services for people with mental health issues. Provide a range of activities including computers, art, keep fit, swimming, bowls, crafts etc. One-to-one support and group work. Referrals through Community Psychiatric Nurse, Social Worker etc.  Anyone who accesses the service must have a Care Co-ordinator from the Mental Health Team.

Confidential support for people with mental health issues and their carers. This is a Freephone service that anyone can access, and there are no referral procedures. Telephone to speak to an adviser.

Information on mental health issues, training, employment, benefits etc. Social and therapeutic activities such as games, outings, arts and crafts etc. There is a drop-in centre so no referral is needed. Anyone with mental health issues can access the service.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2pm until 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 1pm until 5pm. Office only Wednesday and Friday 10am until 4pm

Provides confidential support and advice for those experiencing depression or having suicidal thoughts. There are no referral procedures.

The service is available from 10am until 8pm every day.
