Services

Intra-family mediation working with young people and their parents/carers to reduce conflict. Self-referrals can be made, as can agency referrals. This can be done by contacting the office and a referral will be taken over the phone, faxed or sent by post.

Opening Times

Monday to Thursday from 9am until 5pm and Friday from 9am until 4.30pm. Out of hours there is a 24 hour answering service.

Services

Mediation and counselling for separating couples. Children's counselling service for those suffering the effects of parental separation. Just for Dads, a service for fathers who are finding gaining contact with their children difficult and Parenting Apart, a one-off session on how to handle children's reaction to separation. It is preferable for separating couples to refer themselves. The mediation service is voluntary so once contact is made couples can decide whether they would like to use the service. Although the main office is in Middlesbrough, appointments can be made for the Brunswick Business Centre in Stockton.

The Middlesbrough office is open from 9am until 5pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9am until 4pm on Fridays
