Services
Provides free advice and information on finding a home, homelessness and special needs housing. The Housing Options Service also manages the Gypsy Site on Bowesfield Lane. There are no referral procedures. A walk-in system applies from 1pm until 4pm daily. You will need to wait until an officer can see you.

Advice and information and referrers to services provided by Health and Social Care. Also deal with out of hours homelessness. No referral is required and the service can be accessed by anyone. Out of hours the Emergency Duty Team can be contacted on 01642 631123

A telephone service is available from 8.30am until 5pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am until 4.30pm on Fridays. Emergencies calls only please between 12pm and 2pm

Services
Provides free and confidential advice and information on a range of social welfare issues including benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer matters, family and neighbourhood issues, NHS complaints and many other legal issues. There are no referral procedures and anyone can access the service.
Free confidential debt counselling service is available on different types of debt.


Opening Times
There is a telephone advice service available 9.30am until 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.30am until 12.30pm on Fridays. The number for this service is 01642 607445. There is also a drop-in service available from 9.30am until 12.30pm from Monday to Friday. Appointments can be made for the afternoon session.
