Housing Advice - The Housing Options Service, has now moved to 16 Church Road, Stockton is the place for information and advice for homeless people including what we can do to help you

Housing and Council Tax Benefit - Help with paying your rent and Council Tax.

Housing Regeneration - Information on housing led regeneration projects in Hardwick, Mandale, Parkfield and Swainby Road.

Housing Strategy and Development - Information on the Housing Strategy for the borough, research on the housing needs of the area and the Housing and Neighbourhood Partnership.

Private Sector Housing - Disabled adaptations and home improvements assistance, empty properties, home maintenance and safety, houses in multiple occupation, conditions in private rented housing, caravans and mobile homes, advice and assistance to private landlords.
