Support Organisations

There are a number of organisations in and around Stockton that can offer information and practical support for people with Learning Difficulties, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health issues, Children with Disabilities and carers (people who take responsibility for helping a relative, partner, friend or neighbour who cannot manage without your help because of disability, illness or frailty).
