Transport To and From Day Centres

The Community Transport Service provide transport for Adults who have been assessed and qualify for assistance to travel to and from Day Care.

Assistance will be provided by suitably trained staff who will escort you from your home to the vehicle. The assistant will travel with you on the journey into the Day Centre and return.

You may be required to contribute to the cost of this service.
